Jan Ø Jorgensen greatest victory in his life time in Malaysian super series – after surviving 8 matchpoints against him yesterday by Chinese Pengyu – Du – today Jorgensen beat Lin Dan – the best badminton player ever – and tomorrow he faces another Chinese Jin Chen , who he beat last week in Korea – an amazing week for Jorgensen and amazing week for Li Ning Europe – Jorgensen started last summer long contract with Li Ning – so now he is together with the real badminton stars of the world.

Last week the Li - Ning China Open was held in Shanghai.

Probably the most important tournament in the Asian region aroused great expectations in advance. It was again a clash between Lin Dan and Lee Chong as expected in the men's singles. This time it took place even early in the semifinals. After losing the first set sat down once again by Lin Dan with clear 21:11 and 21:12. With a sensational tournament the probably modersnste training center in the world was inaugurated in Dong Wan / China (near Hong Kong).

Lin Dan was able to once again prevail in a thrilling three-set with 22:20 in the final set against Lee Chong Wei. He thus assured the major part of the very rich prize of 200 000, - $. Third place was shared in the semifinals between Taufik Hidayat and Peter Gade.

The Training Center consists of a giant complex at its heart are two badminton courts, with 28 pitches. At 300 000 square meters can be found also a modern gym and a hotel with 180 rooms. The driving force behind this project is the Chinese head coach Li Yong Bo, who founded specifically for this purpose a company to build and manage the Training Center.
